Our communities are also able to deliver a more intensive level of dementia or diabetes care as necessary. Prior to move in, a review of the physical and mental status of each resident allows for the development of a customized program that provides structure and support. Our licensed clinical staff is available to coordinate care, follow a physician's orders, monitor health status, and manage medications.
